We had a fantastic experience at Benihana! Our server, Dominica, was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Jayson, our chef at the grill, was entertaining, engaging, and prepared our food perfectly. His energy and skill made the entire dining experience fun and memorable. The combination of excellent service from Dominica and a great performance from Jayson made this one of our best visits. We highly recommend asking for them if you want a great Benihana experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I had never been here before and was excited to discover it was conveniently located right downstairs from my hotel. I decided to try the Wagyu special, and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious, and you could tell a lot of care went into the preparation of each dish. The chef did an amazing job, and the waiter provided great service throughout the meal. My only complaint was that the portions were smaller than I expected. I was hoping for a bit more food, especially given the quality of the meal. That said, the flavors, service, and overall experience were excellent, and I genuinely enjoyed my visit.

Chef Ardis made our entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, his energy was incredible—funny, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. The cooking show was top-tier; every move was smooth, entertaining, and had everyone at the table smiling and laughing. You can tell he takes pride in his craft. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything came out just right, and you could taste the attention to detail in every bite. If you’re going to Benihana’s, I highly recommend requesting Chef Ardis. He doesn’t just cook—he puts on a full experience. Easily one of the best hibachi chefs I’ve had!

Food was great and the service was absolutely amazing—our server Bryan was great. The only thing I’d recommend is being more upfront about sauce pricing. When ordering, I was asked what butter I wanted with the food, and I assumed it was included, but it ended up being an extra $6. I didn’t even really use it, but oh well—live and learn. Overall, still a great experience and I’d definitely come back!
